Motivation
Hi Friends!
Feeling motivated to do the things you have to do in life vs. what you want or feel like doing can be extremely hard. In line with me trying to get my life together, I am trying to create positive habits for myself. When I say that ‘I AM TRYING,’ I mean it! It is so hard sometimes to just get up and do the things you need to do. They can be the easiest things, and I will still have the lack of motivation to get them done, which results in procrastination. I am tired of having no motivation to do anything and just scrolling through my phone all the time. So in creating habits like waking up early and not using my phone all the time, I have noticed an increase in energy and motivation in me. I am not perfect at it yet. I keep making mistakes and not wanting to wake up on time. I hope to become super disciplined as I go. My goal is to be able to wake up early, spend some time with God, go to the gym, and then have a great day every day. I am not there yet, but that is where I aspire to be. The people who are able to do it each and every day, I applaud you because it is not as easy as it seems. I have been challenging myself a lot lately, and I hope to master the things that I am doing that are outside my comfort zone. If you need a sign to get outside your comfort zone and work on yourself, this is it!
